Karl and Carol Schnabel started Schnabel Printing in 1960 working from their home on the south side of Milwaukee, selling wedding invitations to brides in their homes, while still working full time jobs. Eventually they decided to purchase a building and operate Schnabel Printing as their full time business. Schnabel Printing ended up in their present location in “Beautiful Downtown Husher” in the 1970's. Burnell Breaker was hired in 1978 and Barbara Trentadue was hired in 1979, both while enrolled in their high school printing classes and after school work co-op program. Over the years, as Karl and Carol's vacations to Hawaii and later Florida grew longer, Burnell and Barb slowly took over more responsibilities of running the business. Burnell and Barb took over ownership of Schnabel Printing from Karl and Carol in 2019. Barb has decided to retire. Burnell has now bought out her share of the business and is the sole owner.

We have 3 knowledgeable employees who can help you with planning and designing all of your printing needs. Sarah has been with us since 2002 and is our lead printing consultant. Josie and Kimberly joined our team early 2022 and both have extensive graphic design experience. 

Kevin has been with us since 1999 and is our lead production person handling our digital and offset press work.
